By using the services of Allen Erheim Psychotherapy, you agree to the following terms.

Services

We provide psychotherapy services through live online video sessions on Zoom. Sessions are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a crisis, please contact emergency services.

Appointments, Payment & Cancellation

Payment is due before each session. A secure card payment link is emailed with your booking confirmation (or another agreed payment method), and your Zoom link follows once payment is received.

Cancellation policy: you can cancel or reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed sessions, are charged the full session fee.

Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your information in accordance with professional standards, with limited exceptions as required by law.

Communications

With your consent, we send appointment-related messages via WhatsApp and email. You may opt out of WhatsApp messages at any time.
